Foreign interference inLibya internal affairs was the main reason for complicating the crisis and delaying a solution in Libya.
We want a civil, democratic, pluralistic state in which we are governed by the Democracy Fund, not the Arms Box.. This cannot happen in light of the massive chaos, the spread of arms and the flow of mercenary gunmen.
