    The Centro Studi Sereno Regis in Turin since 1982 is a local, national, and international reference institution for worldwide researchers and activists struggling for peace, nonviolence and sustainability. Its archive, specialized on the same issues, has gained in 2014 the official acknowledgemnt by the Piedmont administration for Cultural herutage as an “Archive of historical interest”. Its multimedia library, daily open to the public audience for reading and loan, offers 29.500 texts, several magazines, and 1.500 videos and recordings on such themes as nonviolence and peace, education, environment and health care. Our aim is to promote a culture of peace and nonviolence even by organizing seminars, exhibitions, education projects in primary and secondary schools, as well as actions for nonviolent communication and conflict resolution, promoting also cooperative learining, book presentations, theatre performance and movie festivals.
