After being forced into completely digital formats, we are slowly going back to in-person meetings. However what can we learn from 2 years of completely digital work in training formats, workshops and meetings? Hybrid meetings are the new way to go for many organisations. They allow participants from all over the world to come together without flying just for a one-day conference and can still allow to meet in person and allow a more trusful space. How can these meetings and workshops be inclusive so that participants in the virtual as well as presence space can benefit from it, trust and open dialogue can be created by all participants and noone is left behind?
Together with participants of the workshop, we want to collect ideas and experiences on how to conceptualize these formats and use the hybrid setting of this event as a playground for own experiences.
