    Azril Bacal affiliate and scholar from CEMUS (Uppsala and SLU universities) peace education professor at CIPAE- Puebla Mexico, in conversation with Luis Alberto Padilla , president of the International Relations and Peace Research Institute of Guatemala (IRIPAZ) member of IPRA and CLAIP ( Latin American Council on Peace Research) and Carmen Mogollon President of ILFE International League for Peace and Freedom-Spain (to be confirmed) concerning nuclear disarmament as a mean to strengthen collective security through the reform of the UN Charter in order to abolish the veto right of the great powers (the 5 permanent members of the UN Security Council).
